Noida News: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath Inaugurates Stadium and Inaugurates National Wrestling

Indoor Stadium, built-in Noida’s Sector 21-A Noida Stadium Complex, has been launched by the state Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. On Saturday, this morning, the Chief Minister has launched the stadium from Lucknow via video conferencing at 10:00 am. With the commencement of this stadium, players of the entire Delhi NCR including Noida-Greater Noida have started getting great facilities. This indoor stadium will prove to be a boon especially for shooting players. The facility for shooting in the sports category was not available in the district yet.

On this occasion, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said, “The Government of Uttar Pradesh is providing versatile facilities for the youth of the state. The State Government’s resolve is that education, health, and employment, as well as sports facilities, are rapidly developed in the state. Go. Uttar Pradesh is the largest state in the country by population. In such a situation, it is our responsibility to be at the forefront of youth sports in Uttar Pradesh at the national and international levels. Uttar Pradesh should have the highest number of youths in bringing medals. The state government has taken various decisions during its tenure keeping in mind the interests of the players. There has also been an increase in the facilities, incentives, and prize money available to the players.

Noida Authority’s Chief General Manager Rajiv Tyagi said that players of the entire Delhi NCR including Noida, Greater Noida, and Ghaziabad would benefit from the commencement of the indoor stadium and shooting range. Especially shooting players from Noida and Greater Noida will no longer have to go to Delhi. In addition to shooting at the indoor stadium, many other sports facilities are also available. The shooting range has a capacity of 500 spectators. It has been developed over 4450 square meters. The Noida Development Authority has spent 101 crores on the construction of this stadium. Rajiv Tyagi said that this stadium is ready. The agency will be selected for its operation.
