The third decision has been that all the projects of Sports City be investigated. For this, a committee of officers of the Legal and Planning Department will be formed under the chairmanship of Additional Chief Executive Officer Neha Sharma. In Noida, Sports City is being formed by merging Sector-78, 79, 101, 150, and 152. The Auditor-General has raised objections to the provisions of this scheme. The authority has given answers to these objections. The construction and development work currently going on will be investigated on the spot. In view of the third party interest creation, this issue was presented before the board for the observation of governance. On the proposal, the Board of Directors directed that a committee should be formed to develop the sports facility. The committee should investigate all the facts. Big Shock to Gaur Builder: Court Rebukes on Increasing Arbitrary Maintenance Fee, Negotiate with People & Fix New Rates

The court has also approved the demands of Flat Honors, which do not increase the maintenance fees of the residents of the First Avenue Society of Gaur City-1 in Greater Noida West. Additional District Magistrate (Administration) has ordered the builder to decide the rate of maintenance fee in association with the residents. The Society’s Apartment Honors Association (AOA) had complained to the District Magistrate regarding raising the maintenance charges. The association accused the builder that the builder reduced facilities even after raising fees during the Corona epidemic. Society residents are very happy with this decision.

The AOA of the First Avenue Society of Gaur City-1 had complained to DM Suhas LY in this regard some time back. The complaint said that due to Corona, all people are facing financially financial crisis.
