Harvard Medical School scientists have suggested 5 habits to prevent diseases in old age and to live longer. If these habits are taken care of, then at the age of 50, many serious diseases can be prevented from happening. These include diseases like type-2 diabetes, heart disease and cancer. This research by Harvard Medical School and Harvard TH Chen School of Public School of Health is alarming.
There was a study
by researchers at Harvard in the 73 196 women and used the data health of 38,366 men their research. The research revealed that men who followed 4 to 5 habits remained free from diabetes for 31 years even at the age of 50. At the same time, such women stayed away from diabetes for 34 years.
